Cancellation Policy

Zipline Appointment Cancellation Policy At Mountain Pine Adventures, we understand that plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we have established the following 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel or reschedule their zipline appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time without penalty. Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $10. No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the booking. Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their appointment free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur an additional fee. Weather Exceptions: If the zipline activity is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. How to Cancel: Guests can cancel or reschedule by calling (902) 202-9761 or emailing mountainpineadventures@gmail.com at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. By booking a zipline adventure with us, guests acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing an incredible zipline experience!
